Do you have a project timeline?

Yes, we provide our clients with a detailed schedule that outlines the tasks, resources and milestones necessary to complete your project.

Is your company licensed and/ or insured?

Yes, despite the fact that the state of California does not require a contractor to have general liability insurance, Wright Building carries a GL policy that allows them to work for different Cities throughout the Coachella Valley and even the most extreme HOA’s like Big Horn C.C., The Hideaway Golf Club, and The Madison Club to name a few. We also carry Workers’ Compensation insurance and commercial auto insurance.

Do you offer free in-person estimates?

Yes, we offer a free on-site consultation to get a sense of your project which allows us to compose a detailed cost breakdown that is specifically tailored for your needs.

Will you obtain building permits and setup the city inspections?

Not all home improvement projects require a permit or involve City inspections. Most projects that involve permits and inspections include structural changes and/ or major renovations or alterations to the existing structure. All new construction however, does typically require permits and city inspections. Wright building is a full-service construction company that can help with all of your construction needs. Whether it’s providing an architect, structural engineer, designer, or working with the city to obtain a building permit and meet with the inspectors, we have all aspects of your project covered.

Who will be working on my project?

A project manager will be assigned to your project who will be responsible for coordinating the equipment, materials, and labor required to complete your job in a professional and timely matter. Depending on the scope of your project, employees of Wright Building, or our team of dedicated and skilled sub-contractors will be working diligently to complete your job, both on time and on budget.

Does the contractor have experience with similar projects?

Peter Wright, owner of Wright Building, is a third generation building contractor in the Coachella Valley. He has over three decades of experience in the construction industry and has been building new custom homes and renovating residential properties during that time. Whatever your construction needs are, we have the experience and expertise to let you live your dreams.

Can the contractor provide a list of references?

Yes, we can provide our clients with names and contact information from previous customers. We can also setup a time to walk through completed projects. We are confident that after viewing our workmanship first hand and speaking with happy clients face to face it will give new customers the confidence and trust to make Wright Building their #1 choice for all of their construction needs.

What is your service area?

We offer a wide range of services throughout the communities of the Coachella Valley which include Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Thousand Palms, Palm Desert, La Quinta, and Indio.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on the work that you do?

All projects include a one-year warranty that covers defects or issues related to the quality of labor or craftsmanship included in a project. Other manufacturers warranties are available on certain materials and equipment. For an additional cost we also offer a two- and three-year warranty for labor and material defects. The specific coverage can vary depending on the scope of your project.
